Mrs. Jones was born in Fulton County but made her home in Yatesville, Ga. for many years. For the past nine years, she had lived with her son in Lithia Springs, Ga. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Edward Franklin Jones who served numerous Baptist Churches in and around the metro-Atlanta area. Mrs. Jones was a member of Campbellton Baptist Church in Fairburn, Ga.

Survivors include her sons, Mr. Ronnie E. Jones of Newnan, Mr. Kenneth A. Jones of Carrollton and Rev. Randall M. Jones of Lithia Springs; a sister, Mrs. Gladys Harp Hicks of Yatesville; half-sister, Mrs. Isabell Meeks of Macon; brothers, Mr. James E. Harp of Eastman, Mr. Charles A. Harp of The Rock and Mr. Robert M. Harp of Barnesville; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
