Lillie was the daughter of Matthew Comley and Jane Carey. On 20 Apr 1904 she married her first husband Adam Hydeman by whom she had one child, Wilbur. On 22 Jul 1915 she married her second husband Clarence Rider; they had no children. Lillie died at the Christian Church Home at the age of 89.
