Born March 21, 1933, in Yates City to Clyde and Eva Adams Wilson, he married Anna Brown on March 3, 1966, in Galesburg. She survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Mark of Peoria, Michael of Milwaukee and Robert of Yuma, Ariz.; three daughters, Mrs. Pete (Mary) Brown, Marcia Wilson and Monica Wilson, all of Peoria; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Roger (Debra) Ballou of Peoria, Mrs. Danny (Joanne) of Champaign and Mrs. Orval (Marleen) Duffy of Indianapolis; one brother, Jim Wilson of Moline; eight grandchildren; and six step grandchildren.
A U.S. Army veteran, he worked for four years in the sales and collections department at Triple-A-Coin Phone.
Burial will be at Yates City Cemetery in Yates City.
