Frank Clifton Wallis, 81 of Leton died at his home Sunday morning after a long illness. He was a life long resident of the Leton and Ruple community and well known throughout this area. Mr. Wallis was a member of the Old Union Baptist Church of Leton. He was the son of John Thomas and Nancy Caroline Wallis. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Cora Wallis, two sons V. C. Wallis and Jessie L. Wallis, Three daughters, Mrs. E. J. Parker, Mrs. Grant Marlin and Mrs. L. N. Shaw, one sister Mrs. Belle Holt, one brother Claude Wallis, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
