Zelma D. Grove, 98, of Pt. Lookout Community, WV, passed away January 26, 2012 at Marietta Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born December 15, 1913, in Rippentuck, Tyler County, a daughter of the late Joseph N. Summers and Florence P. Haught Summers.

Zelma worked at Paden City Pottery as an artist for 25 years and she was a member of Mt. Nebo Church of Christ and Bens Run Church of Christ.

She is survived by sons, Gary (Linda) Groves and James (Blye) Grove; daughter, Madonna McPeek (Oliver "Butch") Smith; sisters, Betty Campbell and Twyla Hanlin; grandchildren, Cindy Groves, Lee Groves, Rick (Tonya) McPeek, Lisa (Brian) Wagner, Jonathan (Tracey) Grove, Joseph (Debbie) Grove, James (Ann) Grove, II and Adrianne Grove and eleven great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Otis Grove in 2002; brothers, Orie "Buck" Summers, William "Bill" Summers and Charles Summers and sisters, June Potts, Mary Weekley, Violet Cline and Jessie Summers Kriston.

Services will be Monday at 1:00 pm at Myers Funeral Home with Evangelist John Keith officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm at Myers Funeral Home. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
