DEATH PUTS END TO SUFFERING- James Finch, aged about 72, a well known resident of this city, died at his home, No. 85 North Wooster Street, Sunday morning about 9 o'clock following an illness of several months. Death was due to cancer on the face. Mr. Finch was a veteran of the Civil War and served his country with valor during the dark days of the 60's. For a number of years Mr. Finch was in the employ of the city. His widow and several children survive. From the Norwalk "Relflector Herald", Jan. 23, 1916 Issue.
