Aleen Nickell was affectionately known to numerous nieces and nephews as "Aunt Nyce." She remained in her family home on West University to look after her sister with Downs Syndrome. By her genuine concern, generousity and goodwill, "Nyce" became the glue that held her parents' Nickell Family together.

There are two stones for Aleen. One is in EL-5 as noted above and the other is immediately in front of the mausoleum.
