Elmer was married to my Armstrong cousin being Ruth Armstrong. I know he was born in Panola Co. MS and it appears due to census records that his parents moved them to Tipton Co. TN before 1930. I haven't found a marriage record for Elmer and Ruth yet but according to his WWII enlistment record of Mar. 31, 1942 he was already married. According to wife Ruth's obit they had children Dianne, Kenneth, Melvin and Nancy Riales.
I found Elmer's parents, John Robert & Gertie Perkins Riales markers in this cemetery too and made photos, they are buried near Elmer and wife.
