Mrs. B. W. Pate Dies;
Funeral To Be Friday
Mrs. Susan Matilda Pate, 79, of 603 Oak St. died early Wednesday (Feb. 9, 1966) at her home following a long illness.She was the wife of B. W. Paste.
Mrs. Pate was born Oct. 29, 1886, at Barney,a daughter of the late Oscar and Martha McDonald Chance. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
Besides her husband she isb survived by three sons, Eligh Pate of North Little Rock,Ruben Pate of Enola and Carlos Pate of Conway; six daughters Mrs. Hattie Fausett and Viva Casey of North Little Rock; Mrs. Dolly Morris and Mrs. Maedene Estep of Enola, Mrs Maude Gray of Conway; and Mrs. Vera Mobbs of Vilonia; five sisters, Mrs. Alzona Kinney of California, Mrs. Nellie Pate, Mrs. Tuvena Raney and Mrs Bettie Ratliff of Conway and Mrs, Mattie Battles of England, 35 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Pence Funeral Chapel by the Rev.Wilburn Harris,Burial will be at Marcus Hill Cemetery.
