Kaye Elizabeth Chauvin, 45, of Houston, died Feb. 16, 1989 in a local hospital after a lengthy illness. She was a beloved 5th grade teacher at Madye Creek Elementary School, Katy, Tx. Survivors: Two sons: Robert Luke Chauvin and James Matthew Chauvin; mother, Kathryn Thompson; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Joe Ford; two nieces, Laura Kelly Ford and Joanna Lyn Ford; and numerous very close friends. Funeral services were held in the chapel of Second Baptist Church of Houston, 6400 Woodway with the Rev. Dave Riggle officiating. Interment was at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery. Pallbearers: Jim Hudson, Bobby Johnson, Ken Rembert, Mike McJilton, Al Allen, and Nick Goad.
