Mrs. Scott, wife of John Scott, Jr., died Wednesday morning at the home of her parents, Mr.a nd Mrs. Alex Roberts, 400 First Avenue NW. Death was due to heart trouble and other complications. Mrs. Scott had been in poor health, more or less, for some time, and during her illness was taken to her parents home to receive the administrations of a mother.
Dorothy Roberts lived all her brief life in Le Mars. She was born May 4, 1966, and was nineteen years of age. She was united in marriage three years ago with John Scott. She leaves to mourn her death, besides her husband, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alex Roberts and her brothers and sisters who are, Roy, Cleo, Ethel, Frances, Vera, Helen, Robert and Donald.
The funeral services will be held from the residence Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock in order to await the arrival of realatives from afar who wish to attend.
