Frank J. Brogan, 74, died at his home in Wall Lake Tuesday night last week.
Rosary services were held at the Farber and Otteman Funeral Home, Wall Lake, Wednesday evening.
Funeral rites were held Thursday morning at 10:00 from St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Wall Lake with Rev. James Shanahan officiating.
Graveside services at St. Joseph cemetery were in charge of Chalon Post 262 Wall Lake Legion.
Casket bearers were LaVern Christiansen, Orville Christiansen, Thomas Christiansen, Wesley Stoelk, Robert Pearson and Andrew Wiebers.
Mr. Brogan was a veteran of the first World War and had been a resident of Wall Lake the past 13 years. He was born in Crawford county, October 8, 1888 to Thomas and Louise Williams Brogan.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Agnes Christiansen of Denison and a brother, Matt of Vail.
