Donna Michelle Brown, 27, a lifelong resident of Severna Park, died on January 29, 2012, suddenly from a pulmonary embolism, at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis.

She was born on December 17, 1984 in Annapolis and was raised in Severna Park. She graduated from Severna Park High School in 2002, where she played violin in the Severna Park High School Orchestra and she studied towards her Engineering Degree at University of Maryland, College Park, MD.

Donna enjoyed sailing, music, the outdoors and camping, playing games, and spending time with her family. She enjoyed taking care of others.

She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Murray Brown, who died in 2007; her grandmother, Martha M. Brown, who died in 2009; and her grandfather, LeRoy E. Dayton, who died in 1994.

She is survived by her mother, Diane D. Brown; her sisters, Laura (Brown) Rosenbaum and Carolyn Brown; one brother-in-law, Kevin Rosenbaum; grandmother, Carol S. Dayton; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
