Oldest of 3 children. Son of Eva A. Healey. Father of twins,Robert and Ruth Healey. Served in WWII. Was CRM, USNR. Died on board the USS St Augustine as a result of being rammed by a merchant tanker, the Camas Meadows. The St Augustine sank within 5 minutes taking with her 115 of her crew. Only 30 of her crew survived. The majority of those who perished were never recovered. To the best of my knowledge Uncle Paul was a devoted father, a loving son and a dedicated member of the US Naval Reserve.
