Death certificate shows Diana Amelia Cole was the daughter of John Crawford and Miss Faz/Foz?, female, white, married, married at age 15 years, parent of 6 children, 3 living, housekeeper, born in Missouri (census says New York) and died on June 6, 1903 in Dimondale, Windsor Twp., Eaton Co., Mich at the age of 48 years 9 months and 10 days, cause of death Paralysis. Burial was on June 8, 1903 in Dimondale Cemetery, Dimondale, Michigan.
