Russian engineer, oil specialist. Graduated from St Petersburg Politechnical University. Took part in the First World War in the engineer regiment of the Northern front. In 1920 emigrated to England, in 1921 moved to France. Became a Professor of the Russian commercail institute in Paris. Worked for «Naphtraffine SA», «London Oil C-y LTD».
