Lindsay Elizabeth Cook (1989 - 2012)
It is with great sorrow to announce the passing our Dear Lindsay.
She attended The Phoenix Ranch, Katherine Elementary, Valley View Middle School and graduated from Simi Valley High School in 2007. One of her greatest passions was dancing with Miss Traci Cason/Gotta Dance Academy.
She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Melissa and Michael Siebers; father and stepmother, Randy and Lisa Cook; sister, Alli Cook; sibilings, Shannon Siebers, Ryan Siebers, Taylor Siebers, Morgan Siebers; Carson Cook, Matt Floyd; and grandparents, Don and Mabel Cook.
A memorial service in her honor will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 4, at Cornerstone Community Church in Simi Valley.
