Barley, 94, died march 21, 1993, at Lincoln Co. Memorial Hospital in Troy. Immediate survivors include one daughter, Glenda Fitzgerld and her husband, Bruce of Troy; one stepson Leighton Edward lester and his wife, Helen of Troy; and two grandchildren, William Glen Wommack and Leah Wommack.
Mr. Barley was a farmer and surveyor. He is a former director of the Lincoln County ASCS Committee.
