She was the wife of the late Richard A. Miller.
Born February 19, 1926 in Mont Clare, PA, she was the daughter of late Albert Burgess Brown Sr. and Anna Mae Bull Miller.
Gwendolia graduated from Pottstown High School class of 1944.
Gwennie as she was affectionately known was a member of the Bethel AME Church in Pottstown for over 75 years serving as Vice-Chair of the Steward Board; Church School Superintendent for over 20 years, Stewardess, Trustee, Missionary, Church School Teacher, and Choir member.
She was a former member of the PA Eastern Star and Church Women United, serving as President for over 30 years.
She loved to baking and cooking for her family and friends.
She was an inspiration to all and will be deeply missed.
Surviving to cherish her memory are two sons, Terence 'Terry' A. Miller of Pottstown and Richard Calloway of Louisa, VA; one daughter, Gwendolia 'Tippie' Mae Miller of Suitland, MD; one sister, Virginia Laws of Pottstown; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; a special cousin, Jean Mitchell of Philadelphia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by a sister, Suzanne Marr and brother, Albert B. Brown, Jr
