Siblings: Martha Sarah Barrow (1889–1907), Omer Samuel Barrow (1891–1972), Iva Lavaun [Barrow] Papa (1892–1972), Orlean Lydia [Barrow] Dewsnup (1894–1979), Orvil Elihu Barrow (1898–1983), Lella Agnes [Barrow] Green Phipps (1899–1978), Lloyd George Barrow (1901–1901) and Lowell Joseph Barrow (1903–1903). He was married to Mary Edna Whipple on 19 Oct 1923 in Gridley, Butte, California but their marriage ended in divorce. They were the parents of a son Eugene Albert Barrow. He later married Romayne Slocum on 15 Oct 1949. Albert was 88 years of age when he passed away on 30 May 1984 in Fairfield, Solano, California, USA and he was laid to rest in the Gridley-Biggs Cemetery in Gridley, Butte, California.
