Elbert R. Dugger
Mr. Elbert R. Dugger of Heber Springs died at his home on June 21,2000. Born in Rose Bud on Dec. 21, 1919. Mr. Dugger was 80. He was the son of the Late William Elbert and Hannah Genila " Barringer" Dugger.
Mr. Dugger lived in Tex. when he was young and served in the C.C. Camp in Russellville when he was 17-18 years old. He has lived in Heber Springs and Rosebud most of his life. Mr. Dugger was a carpenter and his religious belief was Baptist.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma "Brown" Dugger of Heber Springs: one son, Glenn Dugger of Heber Springs; one daughter, Linda Sanders of Mabelvale; one sister, Edith Davis of Portland; four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services for Mr. Dugger were held June 23 in the Olmstead Chapel with Rev. Mike Montalbano officiating. Interment will be in South Cross Roads Cemetery.
