She was born Dec. 2, 1929, in Philadelphia and came to the Charlotte County area in 1984 from Claymont, Del. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, George T.; sons George T. Jr. of Lake Orion, Mich., and Robert J. of Bear, Del.; a daughter, Barbara A. Devlin of Roanoke, Va.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Thursday at Kays-Ponger Funeral Home in Port Charlotte. A Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Inurnment will be in St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church Memorial Garden. Published in Herald Tribune on June 27, 2006
