Wilfred E. Kaney Sr., 81, a 16 year resident of Colton, died April 7, 1984. He was a construction foreman inspector for 30 years for Sauk Company Highway Department, a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Colton. Survived by his wife, Madelyn; two sons, W. E. "Bill" Kaney Jr. of Redlands and Eugene Kaney of Rialto; daughter Charolette Barton of Racine, Wisconsin; brother Emmett Kaney of Adams, Wisconsin; 19 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild. Mass 10am today at Immaculate Conception Church. Interment in Montecito Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to: Father Michael Keane Memorial Fund, c/o PO Box 590, Colton. Colton Funeral Chapel directing.
