Daughter of Theophilus Darius and Ida Smoak Williams. Lucy married George Ernest Able on September 7, 1910.

MULLINS - Mrs. George E. Able, formerly Miss Lucy Mae Williams, 47, died at her home here tonight. She had been in ill health for several weeks. Mrs. able was reared in Orangeburg county and moved to Mullins from Saluda about 15 years ago.

Funeral services will be held at 5 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the residence with burial in the Mullins cemetery. The Rev. E. W. Holmes, pastor of the First Baptist Church, will conduct the service.

Mrs. Able is survived by her husband; three daughters, Mrs. John C. Sellers of Sellers, Miss Elma Able and Miss Frances Able, both of Mullins; four sisters, Mrs. J. W. Kinney of Columbia, Mrs. F. W. Evans of Elko, Mrs. J. M. Walters of Harleyville, and Mrs. Richard Walters of St. George; and three brothers, T. D. Williams, John B. Williams, and Ransome J. Williams, all of Mullins.
