On Saturday, January 22, 2005 at his residence in McLean, VA. Beloved husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Else Ann Fredricks; two daughters and six grandchildren. Preceded in death by one grandchild. Family will receive friends Tuesday, January 25, 2005 at Murphy Funeral Home, 1102 West Broad St., Falls Church, VA 22046 from 2 to 4 p.m. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, 1545 Chain Bridge Rd., McLean, VA 22101 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Andrew Chapel Cemetery, Vienna, VA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Odyssey Health Care Hospice, 8381 Old Courthouse Rd., Suite 100, Vienna, VA 22182.
