Ms. Pensa passed away Sunday February 5, 2012. Born in Whitehouse, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Marcus and Hedwig Thomas Apgar. She was a member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church, a US Navy Veteran, retired civil service employee at Fort Jackson and was a loving mother and grandmother.
Survivors include sons, Rick (Pat) Pensa, Marc (Betty) Pensa, and Bart (Wanda) Pensa, grandchildren, Troy Pensa, Kelley Fladger, Erin Munkacsy, Jason Pensa, Grant Pensa, Katherine Pensa and Zach Pensa, also 1 great-grandchild.
She was predeceased by her son, Karl J. Pensa, her parents, and sister, Nellie Koedam.
