Memorial services for Mrs. Tillie Meyers Balaban, 67, widow of Barney Balaban, cofounder of a Chicago theater chain and former president of Paramount Pictures, will be held today in the Westchester Jewish Center, Mamaroneck, N. Y. Burial will be in Waldheim Cemetery, Forest Park. Mrs. Balaban died Sunday in New York University Hospital, New York City, after a long illness. She was born in Philadelphia and lived in Greenwich, Conn., and New York City. She is survived by a son, Leonard; a daughter, Mrs. Donald Klein; a sister; a brother; and six grandchildren.
