BOONSBORO - Naomi R. "Nonie" Bast, 65, of 7614 Old National Pike, died Monday, March 30, at her home.
Born in Conococheague, she was the daughter of the late Francis R. and Myrtle Trumpower Snyder.
She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Boonsboro.
She was associated with her husband in the operation of the Bast Funeral Home, Boonsboro.
She is survived by her husband, John H. Bast Jr.; five sisters, Mildred J. Holtzman of Mercersburg, Pa., Dorothy L. Shupp and Betty J. Myers, both of Clear Spring, Virginia P. Barnes of Boonsboro, and Ruby L. Miller of Williamsport; and two brothers, Richard F. Snyder and Guy E. Snyder, both of Clear Spring.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Bast Funeral Home, Boonsboro. The Rev. Joseph I. Donovan III will officiate. Burial will be in the Boonsboro Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
