She was born in Pleasantville, Indiana on June 9, 1925 to the late Gus and Nettie Mollet. She was preceded in death by her two sisters, Edith and Helen; brother, Hubert; mother Nettie Mollet Bougnton; and father Gus Mollet.
Mildred enjoyed crocheting in her spare time.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, George; sons, Michael Ray and David George; daughter Jane Marie Turner; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be Saturday, February 11, 2012 from 6 to 8 PM. A funeral service and interment will be conducted at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
