"Roscoe C. Summers died at his home on Dec. 2. He was an attorney for 55 years.

He is survived by two daughters, Elizabeth Shamburg of Arcadia and Barbara Van Nest of Littleton, Colo., and also three grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held in Harrisonville, Mo." Monrovia News-Post (Monrovia, Missouri), December 10, 1981
