Glenn Sachio Crowe, 36 passed away on Sunday morning February 5, 2012, at his home in Laughlin Nevada, in the loving arms of his mom and dad, Chieko and Duane Crowe. Glenn was born on August 8, 1975 in Sunnyside WA. Glenn was a brilliant scientist with a very high I.Q. He was a physicist, a chemist and a mathematician with over 200 scientific articles published. He was a tutor in physics and mathematics at Washington State University in Pullman and later at the University of Washington for many years. Glenn was also a very talented musician. He was a classical trained student on the string bass starting in the fifth grade. He went on learning to play the piano and a number of other instruments. He also learned to play the electronic keyboard which turned out to be his favorite. He wrote thousands of songs and a large number of them published. In addition to English, he also spoke Japanese and some Spanish, Italian and French. The last month of Glenn's life was spent with his Mom and Dad. The three of us were able to spend a treasured amount of time together and show our love for each other visiting , shopping and sightseeing. Glenn enjoyed cooking some fantastic meals and just sharing our time together with love and humor. We will cherish that last thirty days forever. Glenn is survived by his Mother Chieko Crowe and his Father Duane Crowe. He is also survived by a very large family, including many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins on both sides of his family and many friends he made throughout the state. He is also survived by Korin Hanson, his long term girlfriend of over ten years, his best friend Ethan Gardner and his oldest friend since childhood Albert Palomerez and his family. Glenn will be laid to rest in the same town he was born, Sunnyside WA. Viewing and visitation will be Friday, February 10, 2012 from Noon to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to Noon at the Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside. Graveside service will be Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lower Valley Memorial Gardens in Sunnyside, WA.
