Miss Lillian Evans
After a long illness from Bright?s disease,
Miss Lillian Evans, aged 12 years, died Tuesday night at the home
of her
parents, Squire and Mrs. Oliver Evans, of Ebensburg. The girl has been ill for
five years and at
times recovered from her ailment completely, only to suffer a fresh attack
later. Her last serious attack and the
one that resulted in her death started a week ago. Besides her parents, she is
survived by several brothers and sisters.
The funeral took place Thursday afternoon,
being conducted by the Rev. J. A. Klucker, pastor of the Ebensburg church.
Interment was made in Hermon cemetery.
