Cody died as a result of injuries he suffered in an automobile accident. He was the son of Maxton & Lori (Conant) Whitehead of Fulton. He was a 2011 graduate of Ohio School for the blind in Columbus. He was involved in track, swimming, goal ball and wrestling. In his spare time he loved music and playing the drums and guitar.Siblings: Caleb and Cameron Conant and Malorie Whitehead all of Fulton.∼Cody was in a car accident on Jan 21, 2012 and died 8 days later as a result of the accident. The cause of death was recorded as "blunt force trauma to the head, torso and extremities".
