Mrs. Grace Brewer Lemley, aged 26 years of Waynesburg, R.D. died Tuesday morning, November 4, at 9:40 am in the Greene County Memorial Hospital after a five day illness. She was born December 12, 1910 at Osage, WVa. a daughter of Thomas and Retta Wade Brewer. She attended the Garards Fort M.P. Church. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Retta Wade Brewer; her husband, Norman R. Lemley, and three children, George, Raymond and Shirley. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Mrs. Pearl Baker, Freeport; Mrs. Mary Conkey, Barberton, O.; Miss Viola Brewer and Mrs. Virginia Stonkeking, Garards Fort; Mrs. Anna Brewer, Waynesburg, and Leroy Brewer of Arnold. Short funeral services will be held at her late home Thursday afternoon at 1 o’clock followed by further services at the Garards Fort M.P. Church in charge of the Rev. O.W. Bolton. Interment will be at the Smith Cemetery.
