Earl joined US Navy in early 1941 before the outbreak of WWII

Married Berneice Mildred Crabtree in 1942

He served on a Floating Dry Dock in the Pacific during WWII. Discharged after the war ended, he worked as a Carpenter until his retirement in 1983

Earl loved to fish and work in his garden where he paid special attention to okra, hot peppers and roses.

Earl had three (3) children, Karen Jo Hamberg, Stephen Earl Aylor and Elizabeth (Liz) Payne
