Children by his 2nd wife Caroline. They had 1 child, a son.
1) Charles "Charlie" Franklin Horn; married Harriet "Hattie" Halfpenny. They had 3 children; Frances, Irene and Charles. Charlie often visited his Aunt Sarah Ann (Horn) Morgan.

Franklin was a Civil War Veteran.
