Dwayne was born in Jennings to Vernon Lee Bergeaux and the late Mabel Guillory Bergeaux on February 26, 1960. He was a member of the Jaycee's and a past president of the Jennings Lyons Club. Dwayne worked as a Finance Manager at Gulf Coast Autoplex in Jennings. He loved playing golf and the guitar. He was a great cook and enjoyed going to cookouts and Bar-B-Ques with his family and friends. Dwayne was an avid sports fan and especially loved his Saints and LSU teams. He loved spending time with his grandson ,Tanner Bergeaux of Jennings, La. He was adored by his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Dwayne was survived by his father, Mr. Vernon Lee Bergeaux of Littlestown, PA. ;his son Cody Dwayne (Paige Cormier) Bergeaux of Jennings, La . His brother : Eric Lee Bergeaux of Westlake, La. and three sisters: Carla (Jim) Klasek of Littlestown, PA., Tina Whitman of Jennings, La. and Kim (Chris) Chambers of Grand Junction, CO.
Dwayne was welcomed into heaven by his beloved mother, Mabel Guillory Bergeaux.
Carrying Dwayne to his final resting place will be Eric Bergeaux, Jr., Larry Cormier, Johnny Watson, Wilson Mallett, Forrest "Frosty " Strickland and Terry Richard.
