Services for Henry Cummings, husband of Mrs. Mildred Choate Cummings former resident, were held at 11 a.m. Friday morning, Nov. 26 at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Jackson, Tenn. Burial was in City Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. With grave-side services by the Rev. George Laib of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Hickman.

Mr. Cummings, 43, died at 12:55 p.m. Wednesday at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital where he was taken from his work about noon.

He had lived in Hickman for a number of years. While employed here, he married the former Mildred Choate June 4, 1939. They had made their home in Jackson for the past 12 years where he was foreman for the American Creosole Works.

He leaves his wife: four children, Carole, 13, Michael, 11, Stephen, 10, and Kay, 5; two brothers, Owen and Clarence of Paducah; two sisters, Mrs. Hugh Elder of Chicago and Mrs. James Skaggs of Paducah.

Walter Austin and Henry White of Hickman were honorary pallbearers.

Services for James Henry Cummings of 93-B Westwood Gardens, who died at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital at 12:55 p. m. yesterday after being stricken with a heart attack, will be held Friday at 11 a. m. at St. Luke's Episcopal Church here. The Rev Frank Butler will officiate. Burial will be in the Hickman, Ky., ceme tery with Smith Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. Cummings, who was 43, had lived in Jackson for the past 12 years and was foreman for the American Creosote Works here. He was born and reared in Paducah, Ky., and was an Episcopalian.

He leaves his wife, Mrs. Mildred Choate Cummings; two sons, Stephen Cummings and Michael Cummings; and two daughters, Carole Cummings and Kay Cummings, all of Jackson; two broth ers, Owen Cummings and Clarence Cummings, both of Paducah; and two sisters, Mrs. Hugh Elder of Chicago and Mrs. James Skaggs of Paducah.
