Mary J. Hawley, 59, of Idaho Falls, died December 13, 2001, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident. She was born September 7, 1942 to Ray Stevens and Mary Agnes Denton in Menan, Idaho. She grew up in the Idaho Falls area and graduated from Bonneville high School. She and Darwin V. Woolf were married and later divorced. She married William E. Hawley on May 17, 1971 in Hillsboro, Illinois. She was a homemaker and also worked as a Nurses Aide. She enjoyed crafts, gardening, flowers, reading, drawing and camping, but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Ronnie and Donald. Services were held Tuesday, December 18, 2001, at Idaho Falls St. Leon Ward, with Bishop Ron Smith officiating. Burial was in Ammon Cemetery.
