Chester A. Heckman
Chester A. Heckman, 82, died at the Friendly Nursing Home where he was admitted on Feb. 25. He had lived at the Huntington County Home since 1953.
Mr. Heckman was born May 11, 1889 in Jackson township, to Josiah and Malissa Dinius Heckman. He never married. Deceased besides the parents are a brother, Irvin, and two half brothers.
Survivors are a sister-in-law, Mrs. Mary Meadows, Walkerton, five nephews, and three nieces.
Friends may call at the Bailey Mortuary where funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday with Rev. Harry O. Huffman officiating. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery in Jackson township.
