Boon funeral to be private
Oakwood Cemetery Association official will be buried tomorrow
The funeral of William Boon, 66, secretary and treasurer of the Oakwood Cemetery association, who died yesterday, will be held privately at the family home tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Interment will be in Oakwood cemetery.
Mr. Boon was a native of England and had lived here for 37 years. He was formerly connected with the Robert Gere bank. Surviving besides his widow are a son William F. Boon; two daughters, Mrs. Louis Baker Phillips of Scranton, Pa., and Mrs. Alice Spinello [later Barker] of this city, and two grandchildren.
