Mr. Edward Felix (Speck) Willoughby, 78, died March 3, 1995, at Veterans Hospital in Nashville. The Pulaski native was the son of the late Nathan Lee and Lella Mae Englett Willoughby. Services were held Sunday at Carr and Erwin Funeral Home with Rev. Mack Pinkelton officiating. Burial was in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Mr. Willoughby was employed by Caterpillar, Inc. Survivors include sons, Jack and Mike, both of Pulaski, and Don of Cleveland; daughter, Betty Ann Bassham of Pulaski; brothers, David of Columbia, Bobby of Nashville; Norris of California, Alvin of Texas; sisters, Jane Wheeler of Pulaski, Edna of Biloxi, Miss., Jean Martin of Nashville, Elizabeth Yokley of Columbia, and three grandchildren.
