WOMACK FUNERAL SERVICES CONDUCTED-

Funeral services were conducted at 1:30 p.m. yesterday in the Wee Kirk o' the Heather, Forest Lawn Memorial Park, for Mrs. Grace Allen (sic) Womack, 60, wife of Clay H. Womack, retired hotel man, of 4484 De Longpre Ave.
Mrs. Womack died Thursday in the Queen of the Angels Hospital. She leaves, besides her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Virginia L. Ross, and three grandchildren. The Rev. Anthony Dexter of St. Mary's of the Angels Episcopal Church officiated. Burial was in Forest Lawn.

FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FOR MRS. GRACE WOMACK (Lincoln Heights Bulletin-News, Thu., Apr. 8, 1948, pg 7)
Burial services were held Monday, at 1:30 p.m., at the Wee Kirk o' the Heather, Forest Lawn Memorial Park, for Mrs. Grace Ellen Womack, wife of Clay H. Womack of 4484 DeLongpre avenue. Mrs. Womack died Thursday, April 1, at 3 a.m. in the Queen of the Angels Hospital from a cerebral hemorrhage.
Both Mr. and Mrs. Womack were born and reared in Illinois and had lived in California for the past 20 years; all except the first seven were here in this immediate district. Womack was active in the civic life of the district before moving.
Besides her husband, she leaves a daughter, Mrs. Virginia L. Ross; and three small grandchildren, Jory 8, Billy 7; and Gracie 5; and five sisters and two brothers all of St. Louis, Missouri.
Rev. Father Anthony Dexter, of Saint Mary of the Angels Episcopal church of Hollywood, conducted the services.
Mr. and Mrs. Womack had been married just a few days less than 34 years. Their daughter Virginia graduated from Lincoln high school in 1936.
