She had lived her entire life in Cambridge, Iowa.
She married Arthur Peter Brown
on Dec. 23, 1929 in Des Moines, Iowa. She was a member of the Nevada Methodist Church, Urs-N-Myne Club(a social group of farm women in the community). She was a retired school teacher and homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur Brown
of Cambridge, one son Glen (Lois) Brown of Ames, Iowa. Three Granddaughters, and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter Ethel May Brown
and her parents.
Funeral services were held last saturday at the Chet Ryan Mortuary in Nevada with Rev. William E Ballard officiating. Burial followed at the Nevada Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Nevada Methodist Church.
