John Osborn Walker (Cherokee) was the son of John Walker & Emily Stanfield Meigs; he was born in the Cherokee Nation East (TN).

He married before 1855 (1) Lucinda Lucretia Taylor b. abt 1834, daughter of Richard Taylor & Susie Fields; they had one daughter: Emma Jane Walker b. Nov. 19, 1855.

He married before 1880, Georgia Anna Wilkins (buried at Citizens); they had no children.

John is listed on the 1880 Cherokee Nation Census: IL, 2187; 1890 CN Census: IL, 2284 (Dead); Occupation: Bet. 1880-90, Farmer.
