Dio Rex Brown, aged 87, of Traskwood died Thursday.
He was a sawmill worker and a member of the Landmark Missionary Baptist Church of Traskwood.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Clara T. Landreth Brown; six sons, George Brown of Hope, Coy Brown of Ludowiel, Ga., Elbert Brown of Santa Anna, Calif., Melvin Brown of Midlothian, Ill., Varnell Brown and Doyle Brown both of Benton; a daughter, Mrs. Nora Bragg of Benton; a sister, Mrs. Ida Reed of Victor, Mont.; a stepbrother, Roy Humble of Malvern; 16 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Henry Schockley and Rev. Russell Shuffield officiating. Burial will be at Traskwood Cemetery by Ashby Funeral Service.
