She was born in 1928 in Desota County, Mississippi to Columbus and Willie Parham.
In November of 1949 she married. James E. Glasper who preceded her in death 1991.
She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and served as an usher and a Deaconess.
Mother Glasper was known as a Grandmas Grandma. She not only raised her own family but helped many to raise theirs. She enjoyed cooking and especially enjoyed her grandchildren.
