Byrta Reynolds was preceded in death by her brothers; Freddie Bankston, J.T. Bankston and W.L. Bankston and sister: Johnnie Faye Denny.

Survivors include her daughter: Betty Raye Britton and husband, Richard; sons: Charles Reynolds and wife Goldie; sister: Marie Heiselbetz and husband, Lloyd; grandchildren: Susan and Mike Hawkins, Bailey and Susan Reynolds, Bradley and Paige Reynolds and Bridget and Brett Arrant and nine great grandchildren; sisters-in-law: Pauline Bankston and Lola Bankston and numerous other relatives and friends.

Graveside services at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Beaumont, Texas, with Cashner Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
