The funeral of O.D. Woodruff was attended yesterday afternoon at his late home, No. 84 Ann street, many friends of the deceased, who was for so many years in business in this city, being present. The services were conducted by the Rev. L.W. Saltonstall and the Rev. J.P. Faucon of Christ Church, where Mr. Woodruff had been a regular attendant until impaired health confined him to the house. The interment was at Spring Grove Cemetery. The bodies of Charles R. Hart and of the infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Hinke were committed to the grave at the same time as that of Mr. Woodruff. Mr. Hart, who died in Windsor last November, was a son-in-law of the deceased, and the child was his great granddaughter. It died a week before its grandfather, Mr. Hart. The bearers for Mr. Woodruff were Henry W. Sadd of Wapping, a brother-in-law, Erastus H. Crosby, Frank J. Knox, Eugene H. Greene, Charles A. Blake and Dwight W. Knox. There were many floral tributes from members of the family and from friends.
