Desiree M. Butler, 51, was born June 15, 1955 to Melvin and Lucy Butler. She passed away Monday, January 29, 2007, in her home. She attended Libey High School and Stautzenbrger College. She was employed by Hightech Packing, University of Toledo, and she also worked for the Salvation Army. Desiree was very generous, she loved children. When Desi talked with you she would never say good-bye, she would always say I love you.
Sh accepted Jesus Christ as her personal savior. She loved the Loard Jesus and spent time with him every morning praying and confessing the word of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin L and Lucy Butler and son Eddie D. Butler.
She leaves to cherish her memories, son Davis L. Butler; granddaughter Quaja Butler; sisters Adetra White Butler and Denise K (Jerome) Mitchell; brothers Melvin Butler Jr., Andre Butler and Kevin (Lanette) Butlr; aunts Ursula Mosby, Vera Mitchell, Bonnie Brandon, Grace Sorina, Tina Brown, Athylene Mitchell and Diane Mitchell; Uncle Hughlee Mitchell and a host of other relatives and friends.
